(Iran's Environment News Agency) - Visiting the Tierpark Hagenbeck is always an adventure! With its incomparable botanic variety, wonderful panoramas, outdoor enclosures and many cultural buildings, the 19-hectare park has delighted visitors of all ages for over 100 years.
Discover more than 1,860 animals from all continents, including one of Europe's largest elephant herds and many free-roaming animals. Learn exciting new things about our animals during shows or feed an elephant or a giraffe yourself.
Pony riding, fairy-tale ride, petting enclosure and the large children's playground are further highlights expecting you in Europe's most beautiful park. During the annual summer nights, the animal park is open with a varied programme until the late evening.
The Hagenbeck Eismeer is Hamburg's coolest place. On over 8,000 square metres you will experience breathtaking insights, above and below water. Discover polar bears, walruses, king penguins and seals. A 750-metre trail leads through an impressive seabird aviary. In the Hagenbeck Eismeer every visitor is a polar explorer.
